I handcraft each order with care, usually processing and shipping within 2–3 business days. Because everything is made in small batches, this quiet attention ensures you receive something truly special. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow it.

Currently, I only ship within Australia, but international shipping is something I’m preparing for. If you’re overseas and interested, please let me know — hearing from you helps me plan.

We want you to feel good about your purchase — truly. Every item is packed with care, and we hope it brings you joy. That said, here’s what to know just in case something’s not quite right.

🛍️ All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our items (stickers, magnets, and bookmarks), we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please check your order details carefully before checking out. If you've made a mistake, contact us right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our very best to help make it right.

 

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t as expected:

Email us within 7 days of delivery at luxarie.co@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo of the item, and the original packaging.

We’ll be happy to review it and make things right — whether that means a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

✨ What We Can’t Refund

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for: slight variations or imperfections in Oopsie Bags or items in the Oopsie category (discounted for this reason!), items lost due to incorrect addresses, or postal delays once your order is dispatched.
